A Note on Spam: We object to spam, so should you!

Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a Wolf Valley Web Hosting server or using an email address that is maintained on a Wolf Valley Web Hosting machine is STRICTLY prohibited. Violation of Wolf Valley SPAM policy will result in severe penalties. Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, Wolf Valley will initiate an immediate investigation (within 48 hours of notification). During the investigation, Wolf Valley may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. If a customer is found to be in violation of our SPAM policy, Wolf Valley may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend or terminate customer's account. Further, Wolf Valley reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. Wolf Valley will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.

First violations of this policy will result in an "Administrative Fee" of $100 and your account will be reviewed for possible immediate termination. A second violation will result in an "Administrative Fee" of $200 and immediate termination of your account. Users who violate this policy agree that in addition to these "Administrative" penalties, they will pay "Research Fees" not to exceed $135 per hour that Wolf Valley personnel must spend to investigate the matter.
