Wolf Valley offers several options for web site maintenance: Per Project, Hourly and Monthly Retainer Options are described below. Contact us for our current price list.


MONTHLY (Retainer Options)

The Web Manager Retainer Service is a fixed monthly fee that includes...

  • All the services of a professional Web manager for set number of hours (flexible to your needs) per month.
  • You save 10%-30% off our standard pay-per-project rates (depending on pre-paid package you select).
  • Retainer service clients receive priority scheduling.
  • Extended support times.
  • Includes basic website development, graphic design, and content placement.
  • You will have a dedicated corporate Web manager at your disposal available when needed.


Payment for the monthly option is required in advance, by the first of the month to which the hours apply and are billed quarterly.  Hours in excess of your contracted monthly retainer level will be billed at the discounted rate for your contracted level.  Unused retainer hours will not be carried forward or refunded.  

Prepaid Packages: Billed three (3) months at a time.  Retainers require a 3 month commitment and may be terminated at any time with 30 days’ notice. Unused hours are non-refundable and may not be carried over to the following month.

Option A - 10 hours

The 10 hour package receives a 30% discount off the cost of current hourly rates.

Option B - 5 hours

The 5 hour package receives a 20% discount off the cost of current hourly rates.

Option C - 2.5 hours

The 2.5 hour package receives a 10% discount off the cost of current hourly rates.

PER PROJECT

Web site creation and design is priced on a per project basis because each site is unique and the scope of the work varies greatly.  Pricing of each project depends on the work requested.  Project work normally requires 50% payment up-front before work commences.  Changes in scope of work may result in changes in quoted price.

PER HOUR

Hourly billing is done in quarter hour increments after a one hour minimum charge.

ADDITIONAL BILLABLE INFORMATION

Additional expenses may be incurred during the course of completion of your project including, but not limited to, special software purchased at your request, stock photography, changes in scope of work, etc.  This will be discussed with you in advanced and will be charged at cost.

Billable hours include, but are not limited to, phone calls, responses to messages, virtual, on-site, and teleconference meetings, travel time, and research time that pertains to work on your project.

In the case of building an initial web site, or programming project, a flat fee cost will be provided which will change only if the client changes the initial project requirements.

TIME FRAME

Time frame for projects will be discussed at the onset of each project.  If you have a deadline for your project you must inform us of this at the initial discussion stage. 

Time frame for per hour website maintenance will be within 5 business days except in the case of large website modifications or problems with your request that make it impossible to complete in the stated time. If there is any delay for any reason you will be notified.

Pre-Paid maintenance / retainer clients receive priority scheduling. Pre-Paid maintenance client requests will be completed ASAP.


RUSH, WEEKEND, HOLIDAY SERVICE

"Rush Service" for 72 hour turn around or less or weekend and/or holiday service may be subject to a 25% surcharge based on the final normal cost of work or project.   Turnaround for all jobs will be quoted at the same time as the price quote.

INVOICING

Invoices for monthly retainer services are sent prior to the end of the current quarter and are due and payable prior to the first month of the next quarter in order for work to commence or continue.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments are accepted by check or money order.
